[Seoul = Newsis] Reporter Shim Ji-hye = KT announced on the 21st that it conducted safety and health training using experiential education equipment such as virtual reality (VR) for executives and employees at the CPR training center in the Bundang building in Gyeonggi-do.
Since last year, KT has built cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training centers in five locations across the country and has been distributing 10 sets of mobile experiential training equipment.
This training broke away from the existing format of injected safety and health education and conducted hands-on training using CPR experiential education equipment that allows real-time evaluation and feedback, such as virtual reality (VR) and simulators, to encourage employee participation.
In addition, we will expand training to strengthen emergency situation capabilities by training our own CPR in-house training staff and disseminating training to executives and employees in all regions.
In this training, 32 CPR in-house training staff from each organization at the Gangnam Metropolitan Headquarters participated. KT plans to provide radio waves training to employees of all organizations in the future.
